1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using Gou's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of the Service

**Gou's** service is intended for users over 18 years of age. The use of the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes is prohibited.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Payments

Use of the service may be subject to fees. By requesting a trip, you agree to pay the corresponding fee as established in the application.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a trip before it begins. If the driver is already at the pickup point at the time of cancellation, a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the service amount will be applied to your next trip. Trip cancellations affect your reputation as a customer, and repeated behavior of this kind may result in the suspension of your account as a GOU customer. If the cancellation occurs because the driver did not arrive on time or is unreachable, no fee will be applied, and the customer's reputation will not be affected.

6. Limitation of Liability

**Gou** does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and will not be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from service interruptions.

7. Modifications

**Gou** may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective once published on this page. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Cuba. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts.
