How to Book a Taxi for Transfers

Our platform offers a simple and fast process for booking a transfer taxi. The process is completed in **two steps** using two different forms: the first to select the trip and the second to confirm the information and details.

Paso 1: Selection of Origin, Destination, Date, and Time

In the **first form**, you must provide the basic details of your trip:

    Choose the place you want to go to.

  3. Trip Date

    Click on the calendar icon and select the desired date.

  4. Departure Time

    Use the time selector to set the exact departure time.

  5. Book

    Click the **Book** button to proceed to the next step.

Paso 2: Confirmation of Details and Vehicle Selection

In the **second form**, you can review the trip information and provide your personal details.

  1. Review of Trip Summary

    • Selected origin and destination
    • Date, time, estimated distance and duration
    • Rates for each vehicle type and possible additional charges (e.g., nighttime fees, applied charges, discounts)

  2. Vehicle Type Selection

    Choose the category that best suits your needs (Economy, Comfort, XL, etc.).

  3. Mandatory Personal Information

    • Full name
    • Phone, and email

  4. Number of Passengers

    Indicate the number of adults and children traveling. Note that the number of adults must not exceed the capacity of the selected vehicle type.

  5. Flight Details (if apply)

    Add flight number and airline for transfers to/from airports.

  6. Additional Comments

    Write any special requirements for your trip.

  7. Promotional Codes (Optional)

    If you have a discount coupon, enter it and press **Apply Coupon**.

  8. Final Price

    Review the total amount to be paid before confirming.

  9. Complete the Booking

    Press the **Complete Booking** button to finalize the process.
