How to book a taxi
Step 1: Select the service page
Visit the page offering the desired service; the links are available above under Services.
Step 2: Fill out the booking form
On the desired service page, fill out the form correctly. Required fields include the starting point, destination, travel date, and pickup time.
Step 3: Receive confirmation
Once the booking is registered, you will be notified as soon as possible via phone call, WhatsApp, or email once a vehicle is assigned to your trip.
Step 4: Done!

What is the minimum time to make a booking?
Bookings must be made at least 1 hour in advance and up to 72 hours in advance.
Can trips be made outside of Havana?
Yes, it is possible to book trips outside of Havana.
What are the available payment methods?
Payment methods are mutually agreed upon based on the customer's preferences. Once the booking is made, our customer support team will coordinate with you to agree on the payment method for the service amount. Available payment methods are:
